Who we are looking for
This Is for Connectors, Organizers, and Basketball Leaders
- You already have meaningful relationships in your local basketball community.
- You know Hosts, gym operators, trainers, coaches, league organizers, referees, players, or event leaders.
- People trust you and respond when you reach out.
- You communicate clearly and follow through.
- You are comfortable recruiting and supporting Hosts.
- You have time to help build the market during launch.
- You are motivated by performance rather than guaranteed compensation.
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an independent contractor agreement.
Compensation
Performance-Based Opportunity
- $50 after a personally recruited Host completes their first qualifying paid Run within 30 days of referral
- Another $50 after that Host completes three total qualifying paid Runs within 60 days
- A qualifying Run requires at least 6 unique paying players, at least $50 collected through LaceUp LIVE, completion without material refund, cancellation, or fraud, and proper attribution to the Market Director
- 10% of eligible LaceUp net platform revenue from personally recruited Hosts for 12 months from the Host's first qualifying paid Run
This is an independent, performance-based opportunity. There is no salary, hourly pay, retainer, or guaranteed income. Final written agreements and program terms govern eligibility, payment calculations, timing, and all other conditions.
