How hosting works

    Create the run

    Court or venue, date, start time, run format and player capacity.

  2. Step 2

    Choose who can join

    Open, request to join, or invite only — invite only means only invited players can RSVP.

  3. Step 3

    Choose discoverability

    Public so nearby players can find it, or Private Run so it stays hidden from unrelated public users.

  4. Step 4

    Set admission

    Free, or a player admission. Fees and payout timing follow published terms.

  5. Step 5

    Message attendees

    Send updates about timing, court changes or anything else before tip-off.

  6. Step 6

    Run it and build trust

    Play, collect honest ratings, and grow your host reputation run after run.

Access

Who can join

Any eligible player can join instantly until the run fills up.

Request to Join

Players ask for a spot and you approve who gets in.

Invite Only

Only invited players can RSVP. If the run is public, other users can still discover it and may attend as spectators when spectator admission is enabled.

Discoverability

Public or private

Access and discoverability are separate choices.

Public

Your run appears in nearby discovery so local players can find it.

Private

A Private Run is hidden from the general public and can be discovered only by the host's accepted connections and authorized participants.

Free and paid player admission

You decide whether your run is free or has a player admission. Hosting for free is always allowed.

  • Charging player admission does not require Host PRO.
  • Applicable fees and payout timing will follow the published terms.
  • No earnings are promised or guaranteed to any host.

Some runs are worth watching. Hosts can allow spectators on site alongside the players in the game.
